I am so excited that it is finally Fall time! Nothing makes me happier than crisp, cool, cozy weather and wearing comfy sweaters & boots...so I took a trip to my local H&M this weekend to pick up a few Fall essentials I have been wanting and also for my upcoming trip to New York City!
